Fees & Deadlines
Online registration was closed on June 30, 2017.
Onsite registration will be available beginning Sunday, July 23, 2017.
Registration is required in order to be admitted to the venue and for participation in the scientific program of the Congress and other specified activities.
Registration fees are as follows:

Registration fees for researchers, professors and graduate students includes:
- Full conference access;
- Registration package;
- Conference cocktail reception;
- Daily coffee breaks; and
- Shuttle transportation to assist participants with mobility challenges.
Tickets for the conference banquet, social/cultural programing, and other special activities will be made available for purchase closer to the dates of the event.
Registration fees for accompanying persons includes:
- Badge, program and city guide information;
- Conference cocktail reception;
- Daily coffee breaks; and
- Shuttle transportation to assist participants with mobility challenges.
Accompanying persons can register as students for the event and make a note that they are an accompanying person during the registration process.
Refund Policy
Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify the CMS (meetings@cms.math.ca) in writing by June 15 to receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Those whose contributed paper has not been accepted will upon request be fully refunded.
